International Moving Services

One of our professional Project Executives will be responsible for your moving service from your consultant to the arrival of your household goods.

I. When you plan to have the international moving, it’s the best way to contact Heron Relocations before 20 days. Our Project Executive will pre-move free survey for you when we receive your request, to introduce our services detailedly to you and estimate the volume of your goods. The Project Executive will help you to make the sea/air freight plan, and answer your questions about the moving process and explain the regulations of the customs to you. We will provide you with our detailed quotation in one workday.

II. Upon confirmation of our service, Heron Relocations will sign a moving contract with you one or two weeks in advance, and we will send you some packing materials for your private goods before our packing services.

III. Our packing crews will choose suitable packing materials and methods based on the shape and volume of articles to provide the most proper and safest packing. At the same time, we will have professional supervisor at the site to communicate with you, prepare list of articles, and check actual number of packages and volumes, while you are required to complete the letter of authorization and sign customs documents and entrustment for insurance declaration.

IV. Heron’s professional shipping operator will handle customs declaration and inspection for your personal effects at port of loading, arrange booking of shipping space based on the certificates and detailed lists provided by you. Upon confirmation of the moving contract, you may remit the fully payment Heron Relocations.

V. If you choose the door-to-port services, we will track the goods throughout the transportation, and will contact with you immediately after the goods arrive at port of destination. If you choose the door-to-door services, our foreign long-term business cooperation agent partner will directly contact you, arrange D/O release and customs clearance based on the materials we have provided. Upon completion of customs clearance, they will deliver the goods to your home at appointed delivery time, help you with unpacking, simple installation and putting everything in place, and take away the debris.
