I. After your inquiry, we will make an appointment, our professional Project Executive will come to your home for a free survey to estimate the volume of articles to be moved;

II. We will prepare the best moving plan by means of whole-car or car-sharing based on destination city and provide you with a quotation. If you accept the quotation, we may sign moving contract;

III. We will pre-send the packing materials, arrange the packing and transportation schedule, help you to fill out the document to declare the all-risk insurance if necessary;

IV. At the day of packing, our specialized supervisor will manage the packing quality at site, while the professional packing team will provide the best quality packing services, and he will prepare the list of inventory, check the number of packages and confirm the volume;

V. After the packing is finished, the articles will be loaded onto the truck, and send to the destination on time according to your plan;

VI. After the articles arrive at your new home, our delivery team will check once again of the number of your packages before they are unwrapped. Then we will simply install the furniture, put all goods in place, clean the site, take away the debris, and leave your home only after you are satisfied.
