Office Moving Services



I. Upon receipt of your consulting by our professional Project Executive of Heron Relocations, we will make an appointment with you to have the free survey, make the measurement, and prepare the most reasonable moving plan according to area of office and articles.

II. After you accept the quotation, we will pre-send you cartons and labels in advance. Your employees can sort their own articles and indicate their department and name on the label.

III. We will come to do packing work at appointed time. The professional packing team of Heron Relocations will sort and pack the documents and articles. Computers, screens, telephones, and other office furniture will be disassembled before packing. The supervisor will prepare the list of articles at site.

IV. After the articles are packed, they are loaded onto the truck and counted, and the truck door will be locked upon confirmation of the number of pieces and volume.

V. After arriving at new office, the articles will be unloaded and the number will be checked once again before they are moved in. Protect the wall and floor of new office against damage during moving. Place the articles to designated area or department and unpack, and the articles of employee are put at appropriate seat. Reassemble the computer, telephone, screen and other office furniture that are disassembled.

VI. After the service is over, clean the site and take away the packing debris.
